ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
We currently offer two adult Sunday school classes. Sunday school is an important way to grow in knowledge of God and his word. All of our classes are geared toward training and equipping the believer to grow in grace and holiness.
CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
We believe that the children of the church are the future adult leaders of the next generation. God calls Christians to train up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Because of that high calling, we provide several children’s Sunday school classes to help our young people grow to embrace God’s offer of grace from their own hearts.
MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST
Men and boys gather on Wednesday mornings in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30am for prayer breakfast. This is our opportunity to unite in the name of Jesus and lift up the needs of our congregation, community, and world. We invite you to join us for breakfast, fellowship and prayer. All you need to bring is your appetite!
The Mission of the Women in the Church at First Presbyterian is to help and encourage every woman to know Jesus Christ personally and to be committed to the extension of His kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world. We offer circle groups, inspirational meetings and women’s Bible study to advance this mission in the life of our church.
SHARING LIFE SMALL GROUPS
Small groups consists of 3-10 people who meet at scheduled times for the purpose of sharing life and building relationships among its members. These relationships have many forms and may develop through Bible study, sharing stories of God at work, shared meals, special outings, book or video studies, outreach, and/or community service. Contact Casey Newsom at 662-809-9730 for the current schedule.
It is our goal to provide excellent childcare for all of our worship services. Nursery is available from birth to four years. In addition, we will provide childcare for the women’s Bible study during the week. We look forward to ministering to your children as part of our covenant family.
