ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

We currently offer one adult Sunday School class at 9:30AM: Sojourners (studying the Gospel of John in the Fellowship Hall). Sunday School is an important way to grow in knowledge of God and His Word. It is also a wonderful time of fellowship. Our classes are geared toward training and equipping the believer to grow in grace and holiness.

CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL

We believe that the children of the church are the future adult leaders of the next generation. God calls Christians to train up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Because of that high calling, we provide several children’s Sunday School classes to help our young people grow to embrace God’s offer of grace from their own hearts: Readers (approx. ages 5 to 13) - Listening to Jesus, Journeymen (approx. 13 to 18) - Bible Doctrine for Teens and Young Adults.

NURSERY

It is our goal to provide excellent childcare for all of our worship services. Nursery is available from birth to four years. In addition, we provide childcare for the women’s Bible study during the week. We look forward to ministering to your children as part of the covenant family.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIVE!

Young and old, families and friends, gather in the Fellowship Hall at 5:45pm on Wednesdays for a prepared meal (suggested donation of $2 per person). At 6:45 pm, children have fun in our Catechism Kids class where they learn biblical truths. From 6:30-7:30pm, we have a season of prayer followed by an exploration of Godly principles.

MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST

Men and boys gather on Wednesday mornings in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30AM for a prayer breakfast. This is our opportunity to unite in the name of Jesus and lift up the needs of our congregation, community, and world. We invite you to join us for breakfast, fellowship, and prayer. All you need to bring is your appetite!

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY

Pastor Duncan leads a weekly Women’s Bible Study on Thursdays at 1:00PM in the Church Library.

FIRST FRIDAY FILM FELLOWSHIP

Each first Friday of the month at 7:00 PM, we gather in the Fellowship Hall for a movie, popcorn and a discussion of the religious and cultural aspects of a film.

SATURDAY MORNING AMBASSADORS

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month at 9:00 AM to pray for the community and then at 9:30 AM, we walk the neighborhood, getting to know the people who live near the church.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

The Mission of the Women in the Church (WIC) at First Presbyterian is to help and encourage every woman to know Jesus Christ personally and to be committed to the extension of His kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world. We offer a circle group, inspirational meetings, and women’s Bible study to advance this mission in the life of our church.

FAMILY FELLOWSHIP MEALS

Fifth Sunday of the month, following morning service.
